Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator at Koops plays a critical role in keeping our custom automation projects moving. From receiving and kitting parts to coordinating shipments and tracking down missing components, you'll help ensure our project teams have the right parts at the right time.

What You'll Do
- Receive, organize, and kit parts for production teams
- Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and transportation for machines, customer parts, and returns
- Track down missing or delayed parts to keep projects on schedule
- Manage customer-owned inventory and components
- Monitor VMI inventory and process SSMA orders
- Coordinate paint and powder coat services as needed
- Partner with internal teams to support project success with a customer-first mindset
